Breakdown:
21 is my favourite number; it's referring to me. Bro is short for Brooke. 21Bro is basically saying that Brooke - as in the Brooke that I am - is needed.

T stands for time. 20 is the amount of minutes. That means whatever is taking place is happening in 20 minutes. The dot signals a change of meaning, but that it is still a number for something. T can also stand for 'targets', which are what we call bad guys in missions. 6, therefore, represents the amount of baddies coming, excluding the sender of the text.

C and J both stand for names - Colby and Jake. The slashes / and \ represent being briefed; / is like a tick, so that means Colby has been told. \ is the opposite of a tick and the first line that is usually written when a cross is made, so it means Jake has NOT been briefed.

¡ is basically an inverted !, so basically it means to invert the following letter/symbol. However, immediately after that is a >, which shows the direction in which the thing is to be inverted: clockwise. So we turn F sideways, clockwise, and what we get mimics a gun; guns are involved.

The last part is a signature; NC = Neal Caffrey.


So to summarize, the message says that Brooke is needed in about 20 minutes. 6 men are involved, excluding Neal, so 7 in total. Colby has been told but not Jake, and it involves guns. Oh, and Neal is in the middle of it all, but that's no big surprise.

With this info I can fill in the blanks and safely assume that Brooke is not being attacked (nobody is stupid enough to try), and that said event is taking place in the location I was texted in - Neal hadn't said otherwise. It's not drugs, because Neal would have said so, and therefore must be the sale or trafficking or purchase of firearms. Not only that, but it is against his will; he would have called and told me instead of sending my such a cryptic text if he could.


Conclusion:
In 20 minutes Neal is being forced to bring 6 men to visit Brooke in class to sell, purchase, or make a deal of illegal firearms.
